There is an extra part that I am not certain where it belongs. It does work and goes forward & backward, but cannot be turned. Buzz does not have a helmet, but I think that is the way it was made. It does not show a helmet on the box. The box is very damaged I do not think that the remote can be repaired THE PRICE REFLECTS THIS This will be shipped without batteries
