We lost this as open box because it shows signs of having been set up and then not used — or at least not used much, especially where the battery is concerned. We put it through our shop, cleaned and tested it, and reloaded Windows 11 Pro. We find this laptop works exactly as it should and we back it with our 30 guarantee against DOA. Please see attached screenshot of the battery report. This unit is in absolutely impeccable condition. We see the following issues: As this is an open box item there may be very minor handling marks. We don’t see any but younger and more discriminating eyes might see something we missed. The matte finish of this laptop shows fingerprints very easily. Please look closely at the pics as they are of the actual item you will receive and therefore are an integral part of the description.
