Description: Vintage Frank M. Whiting Sterling Reinforced Weighted Candle Holder have a couple dents one at the top of the rim and the other one in the middle of the candle holder. It also have smaller dents/dings on the edge of the base. Otherwise the candle holder is in good condition. The candle holder is 3" tall and the base is 3-5/16" in diameter.
